The main technical requirements for the woodworking tool grinder are as follows: (1) Both the outer grinding wheel and the inner grinding wheel are equipped with safe and practical protective covers to ensure safe operation. (2) The four wheels, oil pump, cooling pump, workpiece, and other components are driven by independent motors, thus eliminating any interference among them.

(1) Both the outer yarn wheel and the inner yarn wheel are equipped with safe and practical protective films to ensure safe use.

(2) The four wheels, oil pump, cooling pump, workpiece, and other components are driven by independent motors, so there is no interference among them.

(3) The headstock of the woodworking tool grinder can be adjusted counterclockwise to any angle within 90 degrees.

(4) Primarily controlled by electrical and hydraulic drive systems, it can perform longitudinal grinding and cutting during the polishing cycle.

(5) The vertical movement of the worktable can be either free or manual, and the choice depends on the actual situation.

(6) The bed frame features an integral cast-iron structure, with internal stiffening plates arranged in a box-like configuration, providing excellent rigidity, precision, and surface wear resistance.

(7) The main shaft of the four-wheel frame is thickened, resulting in lower oil tank temperature and high grinding efficiency.

(8) Thanks to the use of electric and hydraulic chain mechanisms, operation is safe and efficient.

Precautions for Operating a Woodworking Tool Grinder:

1. Excessive radial clearance left on machined parts may cause them to collide with the grinding wheel. Please shut down immediately.

2. When adjusting the final grinding dimensions of the woodworking tool grinder, a comparison error was entered, causing the tool to collide with the grinding wheel. Immediately stop the feed, press the reset button, then press the “home” key, followed by pressing the “X” key to activate the zoom switch, thereby restoring the grinding wheel to a safe distance and allowing you to make the necessary adjustments.

3. If the diameter of the shaft of the machined part is relatively short, it may collide with the grinding wheel. Immediately stop the conveyor, press this key, then press the “Home” key, followed by the “X” key. Next, turn on the zoom switch to return all four wheels to a safe distance, measure the length, and adjust the offset for grinding accordingly.

4. When the program calls an error, the drive can easily damage the probe and measuring instrument. Immediately stop the conveyor, press the reset button, then press the “Home” button, followed by the “X” button. Next, turn on the zoom switch, return all four wheels to a safe distance, and then re-run the program.

What are the preparatory steps before starting the woodworking tool grinder?

1. Inject the lubricating oil in the order specified in the woodworking tool grinder’s instruction manual.

2. Turn on the main power supply and start the fuel pump and other motors in sequence. Pay attention to their operating status, and if you detect any abnormalities, immediately disconnect the power. After inspection and troubleshooting, confirm that everything is functioning correctly.

3. Start the CNC external cylindrical grinder and let it run at idle for 3 minutes. Check whether all movements are functioning properly, whether the sounds are normal, and whether the coolant is flowing smoothly.

4. Is the power system intact? Are there any short circuits? Does the surrounding environment need to be cleaned?

5. The oil reservoir of the fuel tank should reach the specified oil level height.

6. Adjust whether the belt is loose.

7. The protective film and the four-wheel clamping fixture ensure accurate positioning, and the dust-proof felt pads are properly adhered.

8. Before mounting the wheels onto the vehicle, perform a static balance test on each wheel and ensure they are kept dry. Do not allow the grinding wheels to crack.

When installing the four wheels, do not place paper pads measuring 0.5 to 1.0 mm between the wheels and the pressure plate. Use a wrench to tighten the bolts evenly, applying torque with a long-handled wrench. This will prevent the wheels from expanding.
